Subscription types
Our Standard price structure
Tracking hardware with an active subscription per unit. Prices are determined by model, subscription type, and order quantity.
Hardware
Tracking devices are priced per unit depending on type, edition, special solutions and order quantity.
Replacements
Devices under running subscriptions can be replaced at a reduced price with similar or technologically upgraded versions.
Other
Start-up fees and freight expenses will apply.

Subscription
Each device requires an active subscription to cover handling, storage, security and 24/7 access to data plus roaming costs.
3 different plans
Subscriptions vary in fee based on the chosen data features for each device. Number of user accounts is unlimited.
Renewals
All subscriptions run annually and will automatically renew unless canceled three months in advance.

TRUSTED AS A SERVICE (TaaS)
Subscription with hardware and software access included in one annual fee per device determined by order quantity.
Complete solution
A TaaS subscription covers 24/7 access to your data on the Trusted Data Portal and Trusted Data App.
All relevant data analysis tools are unlocked – for all devices.
Hardware is provided by Trusted throughout the subscription period after which it is to be returned.
All Trusted hardware can be a part of a TaaS subscription. In case of the T1 version, customers are responsible for replacement of batteries.
Any unforeseen hardware failure is replaced*
*Issues due to wear and tear or mishandling not covered. All hardware is subject to inspection by Trusted.
Reducing carbon footprint and electronic waste (WEEE)
Trusted as a Service supports the target of modern companies to reduce carbon footprints by including energy-efficient hardware which is optimized for long-term use.
As Trusted owns the hardware, all devices will be returned to Trusted at the end of a TaaS subscription for refurbishment and reuse so no functional devices are wasted.
In this way the TaaS data tracking solution contributes to limiting e-waste (WEEE) for a more sustainable agenda.
