    How to search on maps

    Search on the map

Use the Search tile in the Map view to find a tracking device. Enter the device name, serial number, type, or similar information.

The system displays matching devices directly on the map.

If several devices match your search, the system shows a list. If only one device matches, the map highlights that device automatically.

    Device information on the map

Click a device icon to open a pop‑up with detailed information:

    • Device model, type, and serial number
    • Device name (click to open the device view)
    • Item description (click to open the device view)
    • Group (click to open the group view)
    • Date and time of the position
    • Coordinates (latitude and longitude)
    • Event trigger that caused the position update
    • Total utilization in hours and minutes (requires Utilization)
    • Speed at the time of transmission
    • Altitude
    • Position accuracy

You can also select Show from this position to open a map view focused on the selected device.

    Search in My devices

Open My devices from the top menu to search for devices or groups.

Use the search bar at the top to enter a group name, device name, serial number, or device type.

Enter at least three characters to see suggestions. The system searches across device names, serial numbers, and item descriptions.

A list of matching results appears below the search bar.

Click the Device Name or Serial Number to open the device view.

    Sort in search results

    Sort search results

You can sort the search results to find devices faster.

Click the small black arrows next to each column heading to change the sorting order.

For example, sorting by latest transmission helps you identify recently active devices. Sorting by oldest transmission makes it easier to find devices that have not reported data for a long time.
