The growing demand for our tracking devices, combining robust hardware with value-adding software, has resulted in an average annual growth rate of 20 percent for five consecutive years. This success has earned us multiple growth awards and the title of Successful Company three times.
As we enter 2026, we are excited to share the next important step in our growth journey – a planned leadership transition that supports Trusted’s continued development and long-term ambitions.
Marking Over 10 Years of Dedicated Leadership
This transition comes at the request of our current CEO, Niels Henrik Olesen, who has led Trusted for more than a decade. After an incredible journey of growth and success, Niels has decided the time is right for a change.
“I am humbled by and proud of the results we have achieved in Trusted. With the future development ahead, combined with my personal desire to pursue other tasks and spend more time with my family, the timing is right for a change,” says Niels Henrik Olesen, current CEO of Trusted A/S.
Fortunately, Trusted will continue to benefit from Niels’ expertise as he remains part of both the ownership group and the board of Trusted A/S.
Trusted’s growth ambitions remain unchanged, as we continue our positive development with an even sharper focus on sales.
Ensuring the Foundation for Continued Success
Henrik Londorf will join Trusted as CEO, effective 1 May 2026, following a four-month transition period starting 1 January 2026, to ensure a proper handover of knowledge as well as customer and supplier relations.

Henrik brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience across strategy, production, marketing, and sales, combined with a deep understanding of technical products. His proven track record in driving growth and innovation in both B2B and B2C markets makes him the ideal choice to guide Trusted forward.
“It is an interesting company with strong values and for me, this is an ideal opportunity to combine my commercial experience with innovation, business development, and leadership. Together with Niels, I will work to ensure a smooth transition across the board to maintain continuity and sustained progress in Trusted,” says Henrik Londorf.
Henrik’s previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Triarca, as well as leadership positions at Knauf, Lightyears (Fritz Hansen), and Danfoss. He holds an M.Sc. in International Business and Administration from Aarhus University and Executive Education in Innovation and Leadership from INSEAD.
